Company History

Happy Tails Veterinary Emergency Clinic was opened in February of 2008 by Dr. Kelley Gebhardt. She graduated from NC State College of Veterinary Medicine in 2005 and has been practicing emergency medicine since 2006. Since 2008, the clinic has grown to over 45 employees and has served over 45,000 pet owners in the community.

One of the few remaining family-owned emergency clinics in the country. Received accreditation from the American Animal Hospital Association in 2013. We are the only AAHA accredited emergency clinic in the Triad Area of North Carolina and one of just a handful across the country.
