We don't need someone who is driven by ego, strictly money, or is intimidated by being part of a TEAM of doctors, but rather a person with a strong mind and a friendly personality. We welcome everyone to read through our 4.9-star Google rating with hundreds of reviews to get a feel for what kind of practice we are. It is also VERY important that this person be interested in staff development and mentoring - keeping good staff involves doctors recognizing that they are de facto leaders in whatever practice they choose to be a part of.   We work hard to make sure each doctor has two dedicated
