Location Since 2005, Southwood Drive Animal Clinic has provided services to the Lufkin, Texas community. Lufkin, which is roughly 100 miles north of Houston and 80 miles south of Tyler, is home to a variety of unique retail stores, eating establishments, business centers, and a laid-back Southern charm. It is surrounded by nature with its many national forests and Sam Rayburn and Toledo Bend Reservoirs. It has a number of museums that highlight the town's history, from the railroad era through the timber bonanza. You'll feel perfectly at home here due to its welcoming culture, which is as warm as the Texas sun.
Practice Overview Southwood Drive Animal Clinic main objective is to give patients the best possible medical care in a warm and welcoming setting. Our team acknowledges that veterinary medicine is always evolving, which is why they believe that using innovative approaches is essential to delivering top-notch medical care. Our facility houses a fully equipped surgical suite, laboratory, ultrasound, video-endoscopy, DR radiography, PRP and laser therapies, and dental machine. We emphasize equipping our doctors and staff with the latest tools and equipment needed to provide the highest quality of care for our patients. All of our support staff members are very well-trained within their individual capabilities, which allows you the freedom to practice medicine. We are part of a close-knit community and treat each patient as we would our own pets, as well as are heavily involved in contributing our expertise, resources, and involvement to civic causes. Build and maintain client relationships
Diagnose, treat and manage a variety of small animal cases
Perform general wellness exams and surgeries
Maintain a high level of client communication and patient care
Guide and utilize exceptional support staff
