A privately owned small animal hospital on the upper east side of Manhattan is seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic professional to join their team as an Associate Veterinarian (full time or part time). We are a 3 doctor small animal practice that specializes in providing high quality and compassionate care for our patients. We recognize the importance of the relationships between humans and animals and we see our clients and patients as extended family. Our practice provides many services such as wellness services, medicine, surgery, radiology,  dentistry, international health exam etc. We are committed to providing the most advanced veterinary diagnostics and treatments in an environment of care and compassion.  We are looking for just the right individual to join our dynamic and busy team. We are a paperless practice offering digital x-ray, digital dental x-ray, ultrasound, and in house Idexx machines in a brand new 4000 square foot hospital. We offer a generous compensation package- full health and dental insurance, IRA (with 3% matching), CE allowance and other perks. 35 hours a week is full time, 30 minute appointments, 4 day work week, flexible, great tech:dr ratio, good life-work balance.  closed major holidays, no after hour emergencies.  Good communication skills is a must.
