Arms of Aloha is seeking a veterinarian to perform in-home euthanasias three days a week. This is an amazing opportunity to learn new techniques and improve the way you deliver end of life care in a low volume, high touch client service setting. The ideal match will be able to work independently, communicate with compassion and empathy, and above all share the belief that our work is not a burden or a necessary evil to be endured, but an honor and a privilege to offer it to our community.

Qualifications:

• Able to work independently
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs assisted
• Good venipuncture skills
• Able to quickly establish trust and rapport with clients
• Kind and compassionate
• Clear and concise communicator
• Detail oriented
