The Small Animal Emergency and Critical Care Service is comprised of 6 DACVECC faculty, 3 non-board certified emergency room staff veterinarians, 7 residents, 4 specialty emergency interns and 27 emergency room and intensive care unit technicians/assistants. This 4th emergency room staff veterinarian will receive a wide variety of cases in our busy emergency room alongside our team and senior veterinary students, working primarily 12 late day or swing shifts a month.
