At Southwoods Animal Hospital we help pets live longer, happier, healthier lives!  We are an AAHA-accredited, full-service hospital providing medical, surgical, and preventive care using the latest technology to take care of our patients.  We offer full in-house laboratory, ultrasound, digital radiology, digital dental radiology, high speed dental unit, surgical CO2 laser, and Companion Therapy Laser. 

We have a rare opportunity for a veterinarian who can bring energy, reliability, leadership, and compassion to our team.  In our bond-centered practice you'll see family pets through a lifetime of care, from wellness and preventive care to challenging medical and surgical cases.  Our amazing support staff allow us to be efficient and effective doctors, while creating a dynamic, fun atomsphere. Local specialist and emergency hospitals offer support for our more complicated patients and after-hours emergencies.

We are a growing 3-doctor practice located in the Piedmont Triad, just hours from mountains and beach.  Our generous compensation package includes Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance; Simple IRA plan with employer matching; Paid Time Off, Personal Pet Discount, and CE/Licensing Stipend.  Our full time doctors work a 4-day work week and one Saturday half-day per month.
