The senior veterinarian just retired at the end of 2020. Our practice would give you an opportunity to grow as a professional but also enjoy a high quality of life in a fabulous community. We believe in a team effort approach where every member has a voice to help achieve the best result possible for each client/patient. We deliver quality care but listen to both our clients and patients to provide affordable and realistic options tailored to each case. We want an associate with great communication and listening skills who is observant, detail oriented, works well with others, and who cares about their clients/patients. We want you to be the best veterinarian that you can be and have a balanced fulfilling life.
There is an opening for ONE/TWO full time veterinarians and a married veterinarian couple would be considered. Base salary and production bonuses will be discussed with qualified and interested applicants as well as other benefits (Health insurance, professional liability insurance, AVMA/State VMA dues, CE allowance, PTO and holiday pay) that would be paid for or available. There would also be a buy in opportunity available to an interested associate within a reasonable time period. Associates would be expected to work 45-55 hours a week but there is NO emergency duty.
