(PTC) was founded on the Core Values and Vision, that through Relationships, Service, and Support – we can make a difference in the lives of the individuals we serve every day! James Kruse, founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of PTC, recognized the importance of relationship-centered supports within the developmental disabilities service field. It was from this principle that the PTC structure and core value system was built. PTC continues to foster a service-oriented environment that promotes independence, growth, and happiness. In order to ensure each individual has every opportunity for success, we have developed what we call the “Path to Success,” a cultural corner stone designed to produce investment and initiate the building of relationships for future stability and growth.
