Looking for a full time Chief of Staff candidate for our AAHA-accredited hospital in the highly desirable Flower Mound/Lewisville area. We are a very successful practice with a 20+ year legacy, and we are preparing to begin the exciting process of completely renovating our facility! We will have all new technology (paperless, cloud-based practice management software, tablets), and brand new equipment (dental x-ray, IDEXX laboratory machines, digital x-ray, etc). Our group has a young leadership team, led by doctors who support innovation and modern technology, but are maintaining family-owned local flavor with a large emphasis on community involvement. The primary responsibilities of the Chief of Staff are to lead our team effectively with the help of our practice manager, to practice high quality veterinary care, provide excellent customer service to our clients, and a dedication to continuing education and development of the entire team.
