County Animal Hospital (CAH) is a privately owned, and [currently] a one-doctor practice. Robert Weiner, VMD, Diplomate ABVP (canine/feline), has been here since 1981, and he will mentor you. Through VMG you will have access to training programs including surgery, ultrasound, client communication and practice management. Work-Life balance is respected.  We are open 6 days a week (Mon-Sat), but there are no after-hour emergencies or on-call responsibilities; these are directed to a local after-hours emergency hospital.  Compensation and benefits package includes:

CAH provides medical, surgical, dental, nutritional and behavioral care to our patients -- dogs, cats, and and other companion pets. Additional in-house services include ultrasound exams, digital radiographs, and the complete Idexx laboratory suite.  Telemedicine is available to our clients.  All veterinary technicians are NY State licensed.  We are an externship site for the Mercy College LVT program. Dr. Weiner and our LVTs are all Certified Fear Free^® Professionals.
