We are looking for a skilled Associate who knows how to have fun. One who is engaging with both clients and staff, as they look up to you. We want you to enjoy the occasional team outings such as baseball games, soccer games, cook-outs as they are important to morale and bonding.

A work/life balance is important to us. We want you to finish off each day feeling great about the work you’ve accomplished and be able to shift gears to enjoy your personal time, especially during the beautiful PNW summers. To ensure this, we provide our Associates ample talented support staff: a well-staffed reception team, two or more Tech/Assistants per doctor, and a surgical team.

We are an AAHA accredited companion animal veterinary clinic in Oak Harbor, WA with a lot of state-of-the-art diagnostic tools and equipment. It is important for us to have something for everyone whether that be to fulfill the technological and medical interest of our Associates or to address a patient’s particularly unique medical needs. This includes digital X-ray (including dentistry), ultrasound, surgical & therapeutic lasers, and even PRP (platelet-rich plasma). We also practice fear free techniques and are a paperless clinic.

We recognize that financial stability through fair and competitive wages is important. Our Associates typically make between $75k and $150k depending on hours worked (PT vs FT) and production. Whidbey Island is a great place to not only enjoy the single life and meet people but also one of the safest places in the US to raise a family.
