RAH is a progressive companion animal hospital located outside Charlottesville and The University of Virginia in the Blue Ridge mountains of Virginia. We have 5 DVMs doing 3 FTE work and are supported by 4 LVTs and a well trained and dedicated staff. We are a fully equipped and well staffed hospital practicing advanced medicine and surgery. We hold dear the human-animal bond and celebrate the dignity and uniqueness of one another and the clients we serve. Doctor's hours are 8-6 three days a week and 8-3 one day a week and 8-12 every fourth Saturday. We are served by two local emergency clinics and 1 specialty hospital. Compensation is by ProSal with a guaranteed $85,000 base. A full benefits package is offered including 3 weeks vacation, 4 personal days, and a $1500 CE allowance. This full time position involves 3 and 2/3 days M-F from 8-6 and 1 out 4 Saturdays from 8-12. We are served by two local emergency clinics and 1 specialty hospital. Compensation is by ProSal with a generous minimum base. A full benefits package is offered with 3 weeks
