Full-Time associate veterinarian needed for a mixed animal practice in Orangeville, IL.  We currently have 3 full-time doctors and are looking to add a fourth.  We are seeking knowledgeable, motivated, team-players who are willing to see small and/or large animals.  Experienced vets and new graduates are welcome to apply. Mentorship for new graduates is very important to us.  Our facility has an in-house lab, digital (CR) X-ray, high-speed dental unit, anesthetic monitor, haul-in chute facility, and portable ultrasounds for pregnancy diagnosis in cattle.  We provide 24 hour emergency service for large animal patients and we refer small animal emergencies to 24 hour ER facilities within an hour of our practice.  Our emphasis is preventative care and production medicine.  Small animal: basic medicine and surgery, dental care, wellness panels.  Large animal: basic medicine and surgery, reproduction, protocols, calf care, records analysis. Night/weekend emergency hours are split equally between the doctors.  Competitive salary based on experience with work vehicle provided, two weeks paid vacation, health insurance stipend, annual CE allowance, Illinois and Wisconsin licenses, and professional dues paid. Our practice is located in beautiful Northwest Illinois.  We sit right next to one of the longest biking trails in the state.  We are within an hour driving distance of Rockford, IL, Madison, WI, and Dubuque, IA.  Lots of local breweries and wineries in the area.
