Crosslake Veterinary Hospital is a three-doctor companion animal practice, nestled in Crosslake, MN on the beautiful Whitefish Chain of Lakes.  This town boasts beautiful lakeshore properties, endless outdoor activities on and off the lakes, shops and eateries for locals and visitors alike, and a growing year-round population. 

Crosslake Vet has grown year over year for the last 10 years, and has now outgrown our current facility.  An expansion with a complete renovation of the existing space was started in October 2020 to include additional exam rooms, a dedicated ultrasound room, expansive treatment space, individual canine and feline hospitalization wards, a double surgical suite, a double dental suite, and much more including a new break room and doctors' offices.  The construction is expected to be complete in time for summer of 2021.

Crosslake Vet provides preventive care, general medicine and surgical services to the local community, but just as importantly provides high quality emergency and critical care when the need arises.  Technology updates and evolving veterinary techniques through continuing education are essential to the heart of this practice.  A complete physical exam at every visit, coupled with diagnostic capabilities of digital dental and digital full body radiography, abdominal ultrasounds, in-house IDEXX laboratory equipment, and vital parameter monitoring allow Crosslake Vet to provide a service second to none in the area.  We strive to fit every need our patients require throughout their lifetime, and utilize specialist care and consults when needed.  Just as the local community is growing and expanding to provide all needs for both young families and retirees, Crosslake Veterinary Hospital values exceptional customer service, integrity, diligence and respect to achieve our goals, leading to a planned remodel and expansion in 2020-2021.  We are looking for an associate veterinarian to help us fill this new space.  We practice progressive, evidence-based medicine alongside highly competent certified veterinary technicians and support staff.  We offer extensive orthopedic and soft tissue surgical capabilities while working alongside specialist surgeons who travel to our facility when needed.  Our busy practice provides plenty of opportunity for exciting new professional challenges to achieve unparalleled patient care. 

New graduates are welcome to apply and can expect to receive mentorship and training.  Compensation is salary-based due to seasonality of our practice, with additional emergency pay and full benefits.  A generous continuing education package is included as CE is essential to the core of who we are.
