| Searching for a full-time or part-time associate DVM for a fast growing practice outside Charlotte, NC. Located in the suburb community of Belmont, NC, we are a small animal only practice. We offer full in-house and full send-out diagnostics (IDEXX), ultrasound, high speed dental machine, digital dental radiographs, digital radiographs, and much more. We use Cornerstone as our practice management software and are paper-lite. We follow AAHA vaccination protocols and pride ourselves on our commitment with preventative care with the majority of our pets electing to do annual bloodwork, heartworm and flea tick prevention. We offer full in-house diagnostics and day hospitalization of pets, when needed. We offer full surgery including most soft tissue, dental extractions, and some orthopedics. Our surgery pacients are required to have pre-op bloodwork, all pets get an IV catheter and fluids during surgery, and are fully monitored while under anesthesia. The right associate must be able to work with others in a fast paced enviroment, interact with clients and form lasting relationships. We are looking for a long term DVM who can build their own client base. Salary is commensurate with expirence. Doctor hours are 745am-530pm Monday through Friday, and 745am-12pm Saturdays. We are closed all Sundays. There is no on-call or after hours work. Two Saturadys worked a month is requried of any candidate. Hours worked through the week is determined on status (Full-time vs Part-time). We are closed all major holidays (Jan 1, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Eve. We are also closed Christmas Eve). We employe RVT's and VA's. We heavily rely on our RVT's to help with flow and effiency. VA's support the RVT's and DVM's. |
