Bedford Greenwich Animal Hospital  is looking for a Hospital Manager/ Lead Technician to join our leadership team. The ideal candidate will help create a collaborative and engaging work environment and share our commitment to providing exceptional client service and veterinary care to our loyal clients and their pets. Candidate must be experienced as a Licensed Veterinary Technician, also referred to as a certified tech or veterinary nurse, must be proficient in placing IV catheters, digital x-rays, anesthesia and anesthesia monitoring, intubation, post-op care, critical care, medical care, assistance in surgery, dosages of medication, and knowledge of state-of-the-art medical and surgical equipment.

The Hospital Manager’s role, in collaboration with the Chief of Staff and/practice team, is to maximize the productivity, profitability and growth of the practice, while supporting a workplace that fosters leadership and team development. They will be responsible for operational oversight of our hospital. Additional duties will include managing financial and business development of the facility and overseeing client care and communications by mentoring support staff.
