Essex Middle River Veterinary Center a well established 5 doctor veterinary practice is in need of a Practice Manager. The Practice Manager works closely with the veterinarian team to help develop and maintain a strong support staff. He/She will have the opportunity daily to apply communication, motivation, business acumen, customer service and veterinary industry skills to elevate patient care, client service and business efficiency.

The ideal candidate must be organized, enthusiastic, passionate about growing and developing a team and willing to challenge him/herself. A bachelor's degree is preferred. Knowledge of veterinary practice management systems, basic accounting, social media management, and human resources management are required.

The position is a full time. A competitive compensation/benefit package is offered and commensurate with experience.
