Our 4 doctor practice is looking for a motivated, confident and experienced hospital administrator. Its a 3 partner privately (not corporate) owned hospital.
We have a well established team that requires a new practice manager to help organize and take charge of our busy practice. Our current administrator of 20 years is ready to retire! Our clinic has a small town feel with big city high quality medicine.
This job would include:
The possibility of working remotely, flexible hours available, benefit packages available and negotiable, salary negotiable based on experience/knowledge and paid vacation. Our new administrator would have responsibilities in personnel (staff, scheduling, client and staff communications/relations), financial (payroll, accounts, hospital bills/accounts, inventory), IT (familiar with vet programs/computer servers and IDEXX).
Our new practice manager/administrator would need to have experience and have completed courses in (or in the process of) human resources and hospital administrator courses.
We are a family at Grand River Veterinary Hospital and we are looking forward to a new, dedicated and responsible member. We'd hope to have our new member start as early as December 2020 or as late as January 2021.
Our administrator needs to be responsible for:
1) Personnel - recruiting, interviewing and hiring support staff, client liaison, drug rep liaison
