West Orange Animal Hospital in Suburban Essex is seeking a friendly and dependable Veterinary Receptionist to join our team.

Veterinary Receptionist is responsible for managing multiple phone lines, booking appointments, processing payments, submitting insurance claims, answering emails, and logging messages, etc... Position can be full time or part time, but is permanent. We offer a flexible schedule based upon your availability and to accommodate applicant's personal life.
Must have excellent phone manners and communication skills, capable of multitasking while maintaining a consistent level of attention to detail, and be proficient with Windows based software. Applicant must be punctual, dependable and interact well with co-workers and clients. Experience if preferred, but we are willing to train. Also, if you are interested in gaining more experience as Veterinary Technician we are also willing to cross train.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, face masks are worn at all times and there is no direct contact with clients as we continue to operate with curb side service (pets are retrieved from their owners in the parking lot and returned upon completion of medical procedures).
Our current COVID-19 office hours are: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm M/T/W/TH/F and 8:00 am - 1:00 pm Sat.
