We are a privately-owned and operated full-service practice with a commitment to personalized service, established in 1946, located in beautiful Westport, CT.
We are currently looking for Full-Time Veterinarians interested in integrated internal medicine and therapy, soft-tissue surgery, dentistry, and collegiality. Max 40 hours/week, flexible schedules, no night hours, tailored benefits, and mentoring is available.

Educated Support Staff: We provide constant continuing education to our staff in-order to offer the highest level of care to our patients and support for our doctors.
Well established client base: we have been in operation for over 79 years in our current location and are well known among the surrounding communities.
Fully EMR: We are a fully EMR practice utilizing Impromed as our PIMS. There is no fighting over a workstation here, we have computers at all of our doctors’ desks, computers in all of our exam rooms, and mobile tablets and laptops for our support staff.
In-House lab equipment: We have a Heska Element DCX chemistry analyzer and a Heska Element HT5 hematology analyzer.
Fully Digital Radiographs: We have a large format 17x17 digital x-ray as well as digital dental x-ray system. Both which are backed up to our on-site PACS and to Antech Imaging.
Ultrasound: We recently upgraded to a GE Versana Active ultrasound with a mobile cart. All ultrasounds are also backed-up to our onsite PACS and online for easy client viewing and submission for telemed consults.
Laser Therapy: We have a Companion Laser CTS-Duo laser therapy unit which allows us to offer faster wound healing and alternative treatments for arthritis and injuries.
Cryosurgery: We offer cryosurgery as an alternative to traditional surgery for removing non-malignant bumps and skin tags. We have all Brymill cryosurgery equipment which utilizes liquid nitrogen.
Continual re-investment in the practice: We believe in continual re-investment in our practices facility and technology so we can offer the highest level of care to our patients and technical benefits for our staff. We are always open to new ideas and equipment that will help our practice grow. We recently upgrade our surgical suite with twin Medillum MI-1000 LED surgical lights, an Olympic advanced surgical table, and all new cabinetry. We also recently upgraded our dental suite with a new next generation Midmark Mobile Dental Delivery System with all the bells and whistles.
NO after-hours emergencies: We do not take after-hours emergencies as there are 5 different emergency clinics located in our surrounding area.
Compensation & Benefits
We offer a negotiable tailored compensation and benefits package with flexibility in the overall benefits package to meet individual needs.
$120,000 – $200,000 Base Salary: We work on a Base Salary plus production payment model. This affords you the ability to make more than your base salary. Base salary is negotiable based on experience, skills, knowledge, abilities and other relevant credentials.
Retirement: Simple IRA with a yearly 3% Match (after 1yr of full time employment).
Paid Time Off: Vacation/Sick leave compensated at the negotiated base salary level.
Health Insurance: Medical, Dental, & Vision.
Paid Licensing & Membership Dues: Paid CT DVM, CT CSP, and DEA licensing fees. Paid membership dues to professional organizations such as AVMA, CVMA, VIN, and FelineVMA.
Yearly CE Stipend: We offer a yearly CE stipend as we strongly encourage CE. We also pay for the yearly CVMA conference here in CT.
Staff Pet Discounts: Doctors enjoy a generous pet discount for their own pets.

DVM or equivalent with licensure in good standing in Connecticut.
