Our founder, Dr. Ashley Robertson, was born and raised in Chapel Hill. Dr. Robertson’s hands-on leadership sets the tone for a culture of personalized medicine, mentorship, and authentic client relationships.

Compensation & Benefits: At Meadowmont Animal Hospital, our team is the heart and soul of everything we do. We don’t just say this, we back it up with compensation and benefits that support the physical and mental well-being of all our team members.
$120,000–$180,000 base salary plus production
3 Weeks Vacation, 1 Week of Sick Time, CE Time
$3,000 paid CE allowance
Paid memberships: NCVMA (North Carolina Veterinary Medical Association), AVMA (American Veterinary Medical Association), and VIN (Veterinary Information Network)
NCVMB (North Carolina Veterinary Medical Board) & DEA (US Drug Enforcement Administration License) license fees covered
AVMA PLIT (American Veterinary Professional Liability Insurance Trust) professional liability insurance

We’re looking for a compassionate, team-oriented veterinarian who shares our passion for providing trusted, personalized care to pets and their families.
Has at least 1 year of experience
Values collaboration, mentorship, and a supportive work environment
