Description

     We are a 1 full time and 1 part time doctor practice in Rockford, Illinois where the cost of living and our competitive salary allows you to have more money in your pocket.  We are looking at adding a full time associate veterinarian to add to our team which includes a full-time office manager/CVT and 11 support staff of CVTs, VAs and receptionists. We also would provide additional staff with hiring a DVM in order to keep the doctor to staff ratio appropriate.  This means YOU get to focus on being the doctor! Our owner, Dr. Katie Harbach, has been actively involved in academia and mentoring throughout her career.  We will provide support, guidance, and freedom to develop and hone your skills. Requirements

      We are looking for someone who will be able to direct their team of CVTs and assistants respectfully which will allow them to be quite efficient with the appointment schedule.  We have a high support staff ratio 3:1 per shift minimum (Office Manager that is also a CVT, 6 CVTs, 3 VAs, 3 Receptionists).  We have no grooming/boarding, on-call or emergency duties!!
