Your Compensation, Your Way:

• Base salary: $165K–$200K
• OR profit sharing: 5% of practice profits
• OR tuition assistance: $25K–$30K annually for 2–3 years
• Plus full benefits: BCBS health, $2,500 CE (housing included), relocation assistance, all dues covered
