Description
Lineberger Veterinary Hospital in Gastonia, North Carolina, is looking for an associate veterinarian to join our Fear Free Practice.
We’re searching for a compassionate veterinarian that values collaboration, enjoys small animal medicine, and will fit in perfectly with our positive culture. We’re an excellent choice for veterinarians of all experience levels. Must be licensed, or able to become licensed, in North Carolina for consideration.
This is a full-time role with flexible scheduling. There are no emergency or on-call services for this position. Ability to work rotating Saturdays (half days) is a plus.

Compensation:
We offer flexible compensation options: choose between base salary, salary + production, or production only—whichever style fits your needs the best! We’re also offering a generous sign-on bonus and no negative accrual for this role.

Lineberger is a small animal hospital located just outside of Charlotte. We integrate a variety of medical and surgical cases into our services, ranging from spay and neuters, to abdominal surgeries, eye surgeries, mass removals, and more. We are well-equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, like cold/therapy laser, ultrasound, IDEXX in-house diagnostics, complete set of dental equipment, and digital x-ray. Our DVM team has a wide range of experience, and our Medical Director, Dr. Lineberger, has proudly been part of our team since 1988.
